    1. Let's get something straight here. I have NEVER claimed that Capela is less valuable than Anderson. In fact, if you actually properly READ what I wrote, you would see that I am comparing Anderson to a HYPOTHETICAL big that does not have range, but does other things well with BOTH playing next to Capela. I am fine with giving up Anderson. I am NOT fine giving up Capela unless we are getting a Jordan or Drummond or Cousins type player back.

    2. You talk about Anderson not guarding LMA, but what about the other way around. Especially when Anderson is hot, how does that affect LMA. Hell, how does that affect the ENTIRE DEFENSE for Spurs? Basically, with Anderson parked 30+ ft out, if he is hitting with any sort of respectable rate, LMA or whichever big is guarding Anderson WOULD have to stay anchored on the perimeter as well. This opens up the interior for Harden who can and WILL penetrate with ease. Shooting is not his only contribution. How his ability to shoot (unless he is actively slumping for multiple games) is also a type of contribution.

If you don't understand that, you just don't understand basketball.

First, you claimed Capela clogged the lane. False.

Second, you bring up when he's on... he was almost never on in the playoffs against the Spurs. In fact every time he made a 3 pointer in a game he would roll his eyes and praise the God's in amazement that he FINALLY hit one. So no his offense didn't really have much of an effect to the Spur's defense, since he was hitting sh*t.

You still won't understand regardless so just leave it at that. Pointless.

    1. The presence of any big in the paint clogs the lane (that means both him and the defender are there, therefore less space). How you fail to understand that is beyond me. If Capela is in the paint, he is clogging it. He can move out of the paint, buy why would a defender follow him since he knows Capela can't shoot? It's not like he can set a pick and then step back to pull out the defender. This is a simple fact of a Pick play where the only option for the big is to roll.

    2. Did you watch the playoffs at all? He couldn't hit jack **** during most of the OKC series. He shot VERY WELL in 4 of the 6 games against the Spurs. Losing Nene (and therefore our paint defense and depth) arguably hurt us more than Anderson. His off games did unfortunately come in the form of game 3 (which we could have won otherwise) and 6 (which we really needed help from not just him, but everyone else).

That's optimism at its best. We need an H-Town dominant team to give the Warriors a run for their money!! How sweet it would be to not only dominate Texas, but make it further in the finals. If only we could get the final package done! I'm hoping wishfully for it!

I thought your link proved that he Anderson's presence on court was mostly positive, both in regular season and in playoffs games, despite the perception of fans.

100% certain Noah will not be involved in a trade with Carmelo. Things are close, but nothing is guaranteed. Cavs are still trying to stay in the mix.

Portland is willing to trade Harkless and Leonard for Ryno. Knicks will take Harkless, but don't want Leonard's contract. As of now, a 4th team is necessary to take Leonard for a shorter contract.

ok check out other peoples %'s during that series as well using that logic.

shooting almost 40% from 3 in the spurs series already proves your false belief of Ryno "was almost never on". and that includes a dud game 6 where everyone followed the quitting leader. You always can tell who actually watches an entire series from start to finish by posts. well the ones who actually fully understand the game
