    Doesn't it just make sense that since the NG's are playing in Summer League that the rumored trade doesn't happen until the league is finished?

    I can see the appeal for NY with Ed Davis over Leonard in terms of Davis being an expiring contract. From Portland's perspective, they probably want to move Leonard in any Anderson deal as they are somewhat duplicative in terms of skills. The key with Anderson is he can play with Nurkic, whereas Loenard is really a stretch 5.

    I don't think anyone allows Summer League team roster alignment (especially that of the NG Bros) dictate what happens to actual NBA moves. Remember when DeMarcus Cousins got traded in the middle of the Allstar game?

    If the Summer Rockets have to lose the services of Tim Quarterman (Three Quarters Amazing), I think Morey will deal with it.
