LOL The Mavs are done. They need a 1st pick from the draft to be able to compete again, but they are done. I don't see them back how they were from last decade.
I hope their management and fans fall in love with the mediocre try-hards (the way a good deal of CF posters did for years) that they're going to cycle through as they finish anywhere from 8-11 in the West...to make sure that cycle lasts for a good long time.
and still does. "Trade Harden! I'd rather have the Kevin Martin years than the quitter James Harden! At least they played hard & gave it their all! We're not winning with Golden State anyways, so trade James! Trade James for Avery Bradley & co. and let's get this rebuild started! At least I know they're gonna play hard every night!"
Exactly, sometimes this board has posts/threads that are idiotic to say the least..."trade James for an early first round pick!!" yeah... okay, have to wonder what the Internet/forums/bbs would be like when Olajuwon etc played in the early days..
Watch the league make the Rockets open up @ Warriors . If we lose by double digits I can already hear it "Paul is washed up" "Melo is a cancer" and "Harden is a loser". "This team will be lucky to get the 8th seed"
Oh man, I know!! Haha, I can see it now, all the dorment members will become active and then make some crazy ass posts, then suddenly disappear when things are going well. I have no issues w/ constructive/realistic criticism, but come on... thankfully they're not running the franchise, because if they were we'd probably be worse than the 76ers and have no end in sight.
CP3 is a great defender and we just added PJTucker. CP3's defense comes even with more energy expended on the offensive end. If we're not a contender, it's not bc we lost Bev. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cl...ul-named-to-2017-nba-all-defensive-first-team
I like the last line. "This wound will never fully heel…especially the more the Greek Freak turns into a superstar." Mavs fans can't spell heal.
They ****ed over the best player their franchise has ever had, to pay portions huge money, after it was already concluded by the rest of the league that he wasn't worth nearly that much. I think it's safe to say that if you had been on the oppsite side of every Cuban/Mavis bet, you'd be a quadrilloaire by now.
Lol they are already hyping up Dennis Smith Jr. Ask Kris Dunn how looking great at SL turned out for him
but it's been two games and he's going against guys that probably won't make the roster and other rookies.
I don't know, mayne they are saying we have no shot against the Warriors as currently constructed. In that sense, they are technically correct.
