Again, without seeing the full analysis its very difficult to know. See, that's why you can't just go by your social media stream... you have to see the full article to understand the basis for the rating.

 

When push comes to shove it is an analysis. You don't know why the "rating" changed... perhaps they received more information... or perhaps the analyst re-examined the information and changed the rating. It doesn't seem like such a big thing to have a meltdown over. And again, they provide their reasoning in the article.

btw, still waiting to see what arguments you have with their analysis of Newt Gingrich.
