Of that list Paul is kinda old and soft. We need someone tougher we already have capela. Zeller, Plumlee speights or even Hibbert but he is slow. Forwards Both Greens, ilysova, idk maybe David lee but na Guards simmons. Jennings. Clark or Allen. This are players who would be nice to add imo
Give me Speights and we should try to get Troy Daniels type shooters. Plenty of room for them with our stars setting them up
Assuming there's no trade for Melo and he doesn't get bought out. Speights and Tim Hardaway jr for me and call it a day. Backcourt: CP3, Harden, Ego, Hardaway Jr. Frontcourt: Tucker, Ariza, Anderson, Nene, Capela, Speights. I've posted a lot on how much we can use Speights and how he will most likely come at a bargain price. He's a perfect fit for us. Tim Hardaway Jr. is an intriguing piece to me. He's still young 25 and had a breakout year of sorts last year. I wouldnt mind giving him the rest of whatever we have left after we sign Speights (hopefully to a min or close to it). Not sure we'll have enough for hardaway jr and I don't even know what kind of offer he'll get but I like his game. Good size, athletic, works hard to improve as evidenced by his shooting % increase and developing the ability to create his own shot. He understands the game and every time I see him he just looks like a player that belongs and he's young enough to improve more. Also, can't forget that big comeback he led against us. Pretty sure Hawks will match whatever offer but give him as much as we can just in case.
Mike Muscala is interesting. He seems like someone who can thrive under MDA.Gasol showed he is still a very good rim protector in the playoffs but I don't think we can afford him.
The term Beast is overused but I agree.... 14.5 ppg 2.8 rbg 2.3 apg is solid. 3pt shooting could be better. He is around 35.7%esque.
