Sign him vet minimum, can play for limited minutes 10-15 a game. Can be a great veteran champion experience and can help groom our young bigs
From what I understand, the real risk is his traveling. It messes with his heart when he is up in the air. Hell, I would sign him just to play homegames.
We can offer him the choice to not playing back to back's similar to nene. Nene plays one and he plays the other. Also, we can offer him the best nutritionists to help with his condition.
Well, it's blood clots which form when there is stasis (long travels etc..) and lodge in the lung or even worse the pulmonary artery. He has had two to my knowledge. PEs are no joking matter.
Apparently there are hockey players who have made this work. Reading up on it and it sounds like bosh would basically need to be afforded the ability to sit out back to backs and avoid road trips with multiple flights back to back or long flights. So he could probably give you 30-50 games. Is that worth it?
