    Apparently she was at one time a notable DJ in New York. That's all I can say outside of simply being Carmelo's wife. Also, somehow she became good friends with the Kardashians...so she's notable for that as well....AND Carmelo and LaLa had a show on MTV...or some network about their wedding that aired for awhile. Her name is also "LaLa"? Which isn't entirely normal, but easy to remember at the same time.

    I don't think I would be that comfortable playing melo full time at PF. Sure in death lineups he would be great but he would be to banged up against the wests PF's unless they subbed in early/started tucker to protect Melos body

    Yeah I think it's Melo or bust for the Rockets at this point. I'm guessing we are gonna have to get a third team to trade Ryan Anderson to.

    none of us here watched that show so going off of recaps on Twitter

    -Melo deserves to go somewhere where he can win
    -Melo leaving NY is a strong possibility
    -Knicks and Rockets have discussed a deal

    I think some significant free agents available are still holding up the trade market some. If a team is interested in a stretch 4, they may still be talking to Patrick Patterson or Nikola Mirotic. When these guys find homes, some of their former suitors may consider taking Ryan Anderson.

    The Melo-Knicks standoff may also still result in a buyout. It's still early. Phil Jackson just got fired and the Knicks have to work through their internal front office politics first.
