The Rock's Hurcules diet or the Schwarzenegger Mr. Universe/pumping iron diet.. he Got Pumped UP! If he can turn into a monster ala nene's size we might have enough to knock out draymond which is exactly what we need.

Sophomore yr of college I went full stupid and did a creatine and Oreo diet. Gained 40 lbs in 2.5 months . Got a lot stronger but looked chunky...never again.

Hopefully this is a bulk phase....next is cut.

This isn't the 90s, 250 and springs is better than 262 and knee injuries.

    Ankles are swollen. Jus say'n.

Don't let the Pels see this or we'll never be able to trade him for BigCuz in February.

Not worried. There hasn't been an offseason where Capela hasn't come back stronger yet still lean.

A bit more polish on his hook shot and free throws and it's another big step up for him. All the experience he picked up this season, starting for a highly competitive team. His team defense will improve too just from experience, no doubt. The team was well aware last offseason that his defensive improvement is critical for this team. This kid is marching towards an excellent career.

He didn't. He was making gains through the season too. He didn't stop working out/ weight training through the season. And I think 25 lbs in a year for someone his height and age is totally doable. Especially if a little of it is water weight.

It's not that hard. Just eat more than you burning and work out.

It is hard. These guys are probably burning over 3 thousand calories in workouts alone every day. You need to consume like 3400 calories more than you burn just to gain a single pound. He would have to eat like 7 or 8 thousand calories per day.
