Looks like it's either Melo or ride it out till December/trade deadline. Completely fine with that. Fill the roster with that TPE and the BAE and this team is easily a 60 win team. We need big man depth that can be gotten with the TPE (PPat, Kufos, Aldrich + OKC 2018) and a back up PG or wingman with the BAE. There are plenty of pretty good FA and the money is drying out so we should be able to fill out the roster with so good depth.
Good move for the Nuggs, I think they will surprise a lot of people next year, depending on where Hayward ends up, they could be a 5/6 seed I was trying to compile the all-star team for the east next season and had a really hard time Denver has been trying to move Faried for a couple years now, they've never found a taker. Its funny how ppl make excuses for players caring more about the money than winning when in the rest of the world ppl sometimes making 40k a year turn down jobs that offer 50k just to be in a better job. Odd double standard.
The contract is crazy but I'm happy for Millsap. I like him and the Nuggets are definitely a playoff team.
