    So is this still even mathematically possible if he gets a buyout or is a trade the only way it could happen? Don't know our cap situation but we've signed PJ and Nene recently.

    Melo won't be running the offense, with CP3 and Harden running the offense, Melo has to get in the flow

    We need to make Melo happen. It really annoys me that the Knicks have been trying to jettison him all year and now that some teams show a little interest they are being stingy.

    I don't know what they expect to get for him.

    Knicks did a good job cutting Phil Jackson. They need to do the same with Melo... Knicks should go into full rebuild mode. What's the point to keep Melo around?

    Eh I have a hard time if I get home past 5pm and don't get to spend time with the kids. Each person has their own cadence with kids. If that's what he wants for his kids I can't fault him for it.

    Unless we do a S&T for Tucker our MLE is gone so if Melo gets bought out we won't have the money. Trade seems the most logical option for all parties.

    Seriously?? Wow that is about as dumb as you can get. You take over for Jackson. Know that you can be on camera and do that as soon as you take over. You want something in value for that player but do your absolute best to piss him off. Dumb dumb dumb.
