    I think Melo's the guy we end up with after Milsap gets a max offer from someone.

    Anderson, Rockets 2020 1st to 3rd team
    Expiring's, NG contracts to Knicks
    Anthony to Houston

    Knicks will be my favorite franchise if they don't deal with us and refuse to buy Melo out!

    What are everyone's thoughts on a trade like this

    Eric Gordan + Ryan Anderson + Picks for Carmelo Anthony + K. porzinges

    Knicks have issues with both and Knicks still get solid players back. If that seems to generous you could just do Eric Gordan + Anderson + picks for Melo straight up maybe a third team to take Anderson.

    Regardless of the scenario you sign nick young to replace a missing Gordan off the bench as we will have extra cap from either trade

    That's why I said we could do Eric Gordan + Anderson for Melo if that seems to demanding.

    Knicks don't have a lot of leverage with Melo as he can deny any trade

    Will need to add Ariza too. They didn't want Anderson for Melo so they seem to be asking a lot. They value KP more than Melo.

    No way we add Ariza to think harden and Paul are to tight with him as he's been a key recruiter for rox. Eric Gordan is sixth man of the year and still young. They get Gordan and if they don't want Anderson add a third team and they may throw some players Knicks way aswell

    Along with picks from us. Idk I think it could work I just don't think Rockets want to forfeit Gordan and prolly can't find a taker for Anderson

    Do not want Melo. Would rather have EGo and (yes, sorry) Ryno for their 3s and floor spacing, especially with CP3/Harden creating. In other words, I agree with DM: 3 > 2.

    Sorry I think Melo provides more for us then E.G. And Anderson considering you'll replace EG with a nick young or something [not that nick young is gonna replace E.G. Productivity but you get what I mean]

    Even though I believe he'll be a rocket within the next three days, I still don't want him on my team in exchange for Gordon and/or Anderson. No way!

    he's too aloof as a player. Kind of like Tracy McGrady used to be. The guy can step up in clutch moments, but I hate his body language.
