I loved the trade for CP3 and we are better, but are we better than the warriors? To me, that's the ultimate goal competing for a ship, not a deep run in the playoffs. Hopefully we aren't done, hopefully we can get Milsap and or melo, but it doesn't feel that way at all. It's seems okc changed a lot of plans for teams around the league.

Morey is kind of a genius if you think about it. He is pretty much the mastermind behind salary cap maneuverings around the NBA.

He's top 10. He's even in a few recent reputable top 5 lists.

We're are going to have by far the 2 best play makers in the league, both who can penetrate and collapse a defense at will whenever they want. At least one of those guys are going to be on the court at all times. Makes sense if we get a few wing guys who are good defenders who can also hit a kick out 3 at a decent enough clip.

Harden and CP3 is an insane superstar duo. Especially in a guard friendly league. Using a superstar spot at the 5 like Howard just doesn't work anymore. Look at LMA last year. KATs amazing but he can't sniff the playoffs or an All NBA team.

Sorry, went off a tangent. But yeah. CP3 is comfortably in the Top 10. Somewhere between 5 and 7.

I think you are significantly undervaluing the impact of adding a top 10 player like Chris Paul. They are a 55-60 win caliber team with CP3 replacing Williams and Bev.
