A contract that forced the Warriors to raise their offer. Pessimistic or Ignorant. Please pick only one.
so basically your ignorant ass has no f'n idea what was offered and whether it was anything close to the "$13M to $15M" bob meyers has just been reported as putting on the table.
typical morey, i was right. we gave all our assest in the cp3 trade and we had none to package with ryno
Meanwhile today CP3 is posting pics of himself wearing rockets shorts and cartoon characters of the duo of him and harden.
Well we're not done yet and I think we have a legitimate team with CP3 addition Harden is still a MVP player and adding another all star helps Even if Rockets don't win a ring, if they are close to beating warriors might warrent more signings to rockets next year Plus where is Paul gonna realistically go now?. He's older, he already wasted one year with Rox, harden is good as any other star.
You can't get the CP3 deal done unless it's THAT package or else CP3 hits FA. Would you like to try and snag CP3 against everybody else and offer a max with no flexibility? You want Melo over CP3 because that's what you sacrifice. We have assets in Capela and Gordon but it doesn't make sense to deal Capela when he hasn't even entered his prime yet. Gordon's contract is looking amazing now (Redick deal)... Let the man do the work and appreciate the fact that he got one of the greatest PGs to ever live (while he's still in his prime).
Hey guys, here's a hint. A huge part of the Iguodala meeting was to get the Warriors to raise their offer. Which is great for us.
He's missed 80 games over 13 years... Or 6 games a year. His health isn't that much or a question mark.
It's the first day of free agency y'all are freaking out way too much about "this is the end, we're going to suck" smh
Are you surprised? You're dealing with the tweens of clutchfans...same people who cried when we let parsons walk.
So they'll offer him 45/3. We can offer 35/4. I wonder how those offers compare once you take tax and cost of living into account. Not that different I bet. Iggy is building a business in the valley though, which would be much more difficult if he moves I think.
