This guys Iggy is about money, not winning or else why would he want to look anywhere else? lol. The fact that he's listening and visiting teams show money matter to him more.
Money over everything; money on my mind. Then she wanna ask why it got so empty; tell her I apologize, it happened over time
Ditto. Iggy isn't a knockdown shooter, but he immediately becomes the best peremiter wing defender on the team and is a very good playmaker. In fact, better than Parsons ever was. He would allow us to play small ball with Ariza or he at the PF spot and actually be much better defensively then we ever were last year while diversifying our offense. In a small ball lineup! That's crazy to think about. I like it...if he is healthy.
Iggy shot 35% for the last 4 seasons on 1 make per game. He is no longer a poor shooter 3PT, he is now average. It's funny how over the last 4 years I've seen so many people on clutchfans praise Iggy, talk about how we need a guy like him, how huge he is for the Warriors... and when we try to sign him everybody calls him washed up trash lmao. Igggy would be a steal at MLE or 12 mill per in S&T. That being said, I think Warriors match either offer... so I don't see why he'd pick Houston unless he has some beef with the Warriors now. Iggy is a great role player, high IQ, great perimeter defense, can handle the ball, pass, finish at the rim, decent 3PT shot, good mid range J. Would love him here. Still, see no reason why he'd come here.
He's not a restricted free agent. He goes where he wants to go. He might want to come here for the challenge of winning a ring here. No state tax too.
i can't understand why GS would ever help us out with a S&T, and also don't see why he would ever accept just the partial MLE (we've apparently already part of ours on joe cheee). ergo, why exactly are we wasting our breath on him i dunno...
I know he isn't. Point is Warriors would have to be willing to S&T him to a rival for a contract they are very likely willing to pay. If he signs here for MLE I think he must have beef with someone on the Warriors, he got their before they were champions, he's been a key role player to help them to their titles, SF is a great city, they can offer him the same money with ease. It doesn't make sense unless he pissed and refuses to return IMO.
Welp He either is going to be a Rocket (somehow...I still don't know how we have the money), or he played us to get the Warriors to pay up Grabbing my popcorn now
Ok this is where you lost all reasoning and credibility. Please make your arguements relevant. Anyways, I'd welcome Iggy here just depending upon price and length. My actual #1 issue with him, is he has a bad back. That really is a big thing. I would very much welcome his playmaking and defense. He'd be our best perimeter defender, and add a 3rd playmaker to a team that only had 1 last year. He'd also help us gameplan against teams like the Warriors.
Warriors already resigned Livingston and West. I don't know how they would give him the money he wants
Lmao are you dumb? 35% on 1 made 3 per game in 26 MPG is very average. All my reasoning and credibility is still here, argument is very relevant.
