Only concern about the move I have would be supposedly CP3's control freak nature. Hope these guys can make it work. I'm buying Capela dunk stocks though (if we keep him).
I think this may hurt our defensive efforts, since it may potentially put ALL-DEFENSIVE TEAM member Patrick Beverley in limbo. I think it may have been discussed already, but... I don't know the details of the trade. Is this a SCOTTIE PIPPEN-like deal?
Hard to imagine how they can make another BIG deal happen really. They gave up their most attractive trade pieces now to get Chris Paul. Not sure what we could possibly offer at this point for Paul George.
Adding chris paul is great but this is not going to enough to beat the warriors. However cp3 may be enough to attract more stars to this team and hopefully get us a "superteam". Salary Cap wise all we need is a team thay will take Ryno+value player for a star palyer...
Ty and Harden didn't work, but let's look at the context of that situation. The most important thing is that Lawson was a scrub. He sucked, and it wasn't because of Harden because he's sucked everywhere else since he's left Denver. Also, we had the master tactician Kevin McHale as coach. CP3 is on another planet as a PG in comparison to Lawson. He has a way higher BBIQ, and he's a much better floor general. He's a much better shooter as well. We also have D'antoni who is much better at designing an offense than McHale is.
So he could opt-in and save us cap space this year? Need BimaThug to figure out what moves we can do to more pieces.
