Yawn. Striking out over and over is just predictable at this point.

@J.R. might as well post the usual Morey speech, "we were close but ...." Morey should save his breath, we are the only ones that care about the Rockets at this time of the year and we already know his predictable all in but failed as usual speech.

Because the pick would need to be made for the Pacers. They're not going to want just some guy.

I think the thing with Boston is that they absolutely need two things:

    - a star at the 2 or 3

    - a big man

I feel like if they could get Porzingis that would be huge for them cause he would basically have zero impact on their salary cap and it would give them in one shot the chance to fill one of their two big needs (the big man) and at the same time it would give them the chance to go after two big salary players in the 2 and 3 spot.

If they don't get Porzingis though, they wouldn't have the cap space or the salary to move to get three top players, they would be basically forced to get only one SG/SF and one big.

Rockets need to look at teams that will probably have a juicy pick next draft then offer than and our 2018 1st in a package for George.

I'll just repeat what Woj has said in every interview since he broke the news ;)

Pacers are sorting through offers. They don't like any current offers; they hope they'll improve. Teams sorting through how much do we give up for a rental? They'd like a deal by draft night but if not, maybe by free agency or even into the season.

    Teams interested?

I just can't even begin to predict. No one is a Paul George away from competing.

Three way trade with PG going to Boston and Rockets getting.....?

Or are we trying to compete with the Celtics for Paul George who is deadest on the Lakers lol.

Morey is always working on plan a, b, c, d and so on.

Unfortunately, we dont have any 1st round picks and free agency hasnt started yet so this was always probably going to be a boring rockets night.

Im starting to think celtics/pacers are waiting for free agency to pass and find out if celtics get hayward. That move may determine what celtics would be willing to make available to the pacers.

It takes two to make a trade. Ultimately I just really wish we wouldn't have signed Ryno... wasn't a terrible signing just wish we had that money right now

Makes sense it has to do with Woj. I muted him cause he likes the spoil draft pick selections, but now that the 1st round is almost over I'm fine with the spoilers.

We might not get PG, but we'll get somebody. We're in the right situation to make a legit splash.

No Ryno = no 55-win season or big time Harden season

The spacing that Ryno provided by just being a threat out there completely opened up the floor so much for Harden. That extra 2 or 3 feet the defense had to stretch out to cover Ryno is the difference in other guys becoming wide open for 3, Harden getting to the rim at will, or lobs and easy finds to a big in the paint.

His disappearance in the playoffs sucked but he's very important to this team, offensively.

Who else reported that Houston has in it? I saw what Cod said, but that was nearly 7 hours ago. He even said "we're not the favorites."

What else is there that gives Pen15cluber a semi chub?
