I like Morey but the guy has been here for a long time already and pretty much tried everything he can, he put a competitive team without tanking, he traded for an up and coming star, he paired him with a big to try that Shaq/Kobe combo again, on many occasions he tried to get that third star but no one came, and now he tried the three point shooters surrounding the star player. Maybe it's time for a change to see what someone else can do.
For me , whether or not he's on the hot seat depends solely on who's call it was to hire Mike. Most people at the beginning of the season called it a textbook Le$ move . Now we hear all about how Mike and morey's styles mesh so well. If MDA was a les move , then Morey is cool with me . What else is he supposed to do but try to make the best out of a situation he didn't want . If however , Morey was the primary force between MDA then yeah he's on the hot seat a bit . Can't talk about championships when you hire a coach that has mild playoff success only in an idealized environment. Furthermore, can't talk about a chip and then go blow massive wads of cash on Anderson. Is morey's play to inflate stats and have regular season success to try and draw a star in FA ? Well it worked once , but our assets were younger and cheaper. Also we didn't have to try and unload a ****ig 20 million dollar contract . If this is what Murray is thinking , he's got some huge balls . But I think he bit off more than he can chew , and that's saying something.
The sauce must have been riding shotgun with Morey and noticed that Morey rides with his seat heaters on even in the summer. Hence Morey being on the hot seat

I guess if you sit somewhere for 10 years the seat would be pretty hot. That's why I get up of my PC chair every 30 mins, that and stretch. No wonder Daryl is so fat, never gets off that chair and doesn't plan to for the next 5 either.

Prediction: Murray will be fired 11 games into the 2017-2018 season. Replaced by John B. Bickerstaff. Book it.
