If we are being honest then it definitely has to be dying doing something sexually taboo. Your post is funny and conveying my message in a more light hearted way but if we are being honest i think most agree that the thought of dying while doing something sexually taboo is embarassing. Imagine you die of a heart attack while masturbating to child p*rn. When your body is found, people wont have very fond memories of you.
