Not quite but it's the right direction and give us just a shot much of a chance against them as the Cavs which is a major accomplishment imo.
Harden, PG, CP3, and then find a way to get Houston native Deandre Jordan in 2018 FA or a real PF alongside Clint...clash of the titans between Houston and GS
Ariza & Lou are UFA next year and Bev is UFA the following year, I think. Just purely from Houston's perspective, why wouldn't you throw those 3 in a trade for PG knowing odds are he will walk. I doubt they'd resign Lou, Ariza maybe but he's been declining, and Bev could be quite expensive. I'd prefer to take the gamble and propose Harden & PG to CP3. Purely hypothetical but clearly Morey is willing to up his risk profile.
Yep, I agree and we have to swing for the fences to have any shot vs G St. Those 3 players in MDAs offense would be something to see. I know it's all out of control rumors but it's exciting to think of the possibility.
Im hearing that we may field a team of steph, harden, george, anderson, whiteside next year. Jennings and kyrie off the bench
Just move this team from Toyota Center in Houston to North of 249 to Tomball and call them Tomball Rockets. TC never fills up anyway and the continued urbanization of the Toyota Center experience has been a collosal failure. Then you could have Jimmy Butler too. CP3 Harden Butler George Capela Main Bench Guys Nene, FTW Rockets FTW, J.R., Jontro End of bench: Some other brehs Head Water boy: _holic Head Janitor: swyyygayy
indy likes ego since he's a hoosier, and needs bev since they're probably loosing teague to free agency. ego and bev match PG's salary but this would be highway robbery. indy turned down 4 first rounders from atlanta at the deadline... they won't get anything near that since PG gave away all their leverage, but we'll still need to sweeten the deal with at least 2 picks or dekker and 1 pick. if we do that we become top options for the likes of cp3, blake, hayward, etc... we would have to offload ariza and lou to have enough money to sign one of them. both of those guys are entering a contract year so its best to trade them this summer anyway.
I guess you get to be the designated turd in the punch bowl guy. Let people hope and dream. There is plenty of time and space for misery.
