    For those of us not familiar with the Vipers, what is it about his game that you think would help the Rockets?

    Is he better than Troy Williams?

    The teams that find the Raphiael Putneys, not the ones that pay them, are the ones that succeed long term.

    Raphiael doesn't even play for the Vipers & hasn't since the end of 2016.

    He was suspended for violating the anti-drug policy of the NBDL during the 2015-2016 season and didn't even play for the Vipers last season. He actually played pretty well for the Cavs in the Summer League, but didn't get a contract or invited to camp from what I recall. He's been playing in South America and Europe since then.

    That will help him gain weight, so it's a good thing. I'm fine with people smoking dope if it doesn't affect their game.

    Some of you guys need to get over these body image issues you have with these players. Some people are just built different than others, he's almost thirty, putting of weight won't help him if he's been playing at this weight his whole career, skill will
