and before he was elected... to me, the three things that concern me the most is his strong belief in conspiracy theories (complete lack of ability to see real from not real) married with a strong belief in a great self with great ability (fully delusional), plus a devastating need for praise to the self. His policies, nationalist stance and even racist tone were secondary concerns. I can safely said that if he was the DEM candidate and Mike Pence was the GOP candidate, who I disagree with on many social issues, I would have voted for Pence if I lived in a toss-up state.
It's amazing that two decades worth of experience as Secretary of State and a US Senator who graduated from Yale Law with a public school background using her own individual merit is a token female presidental candidate. Ya, I don't like using this term much because it is actually overused but that's pretty ****ing sexist.
For the folks that are saying no chance he wins re-election, if Hillary is nominated again, I think he could. So 5% chance at the least which might be more than a snowballs chance.

This. There is nothing any president could do to better buttress their approval numbers than put the USA into a war. This is what I've most feared since the election. Look at the bump his numbers got after bombing Syria. We go to war, his approval goes up, GOP circles the wagons and decries anyone against the war as unpatriotic. It could work.
