If that's your view... maybe we should add flopping 101 to the coaching criteria then... ya know bring in a couple drama coaches that can teach our guys to really sell imaginary contact... teach the whole head jerk and collapse like you just got elbowed on defense.... Heck I bet we could pickup at least an extra couple posessions a game... probably provide more stops than our defense does... lol like I've said... everybody fudges on the rules... but there's no need (or benefit) in gettin stupid about it... we've gotten stupid about it...
If the NBA doesn't officiate it out then you'll start to see the entire league mimicking the tactics, one by one. By the end of the year there were at least ten other guys in the playoffs (including Lou WIlliams) trying to get the cheapie FT's that Harden was drawing. Since the beginning of the Warriors' first dominant season you've started to see every team running the illegal screen plays, where the big man turns his ass into the pic and stares at the rim pretending to watch for a rebound, simply because the NBA doesn't call it and actually likes the open style high scoring basketball it engenders. Nonetheless, the NBA is rigged. So **** it. Go Astros
The man is making millions upon millions. The guy craps dollar bills. He's fine. The man will adjust. What we need to worry about is who on earth we get to play next to him. This team needs upgrades and it won't come cheap.
