I feel like my hair line is receding, my hair is thinning, and I might be starting to bald. Anyone else have any experience with this or any doctor recommendations? Been googling around and reading reddit and they recommend seeing a doctor to get prescribed finasteride or propecia. Anyone got advice?
Implants, good organic hair shampoo Or good old go bald, it turned out to be a good surprise and sexy.
Heard propecia can also cause severe depression and mood swings. I realize it can be really confusing and uncomfortable especially if you're young, but I'd be extremely wary of either surgical or pharmaceutical solutions. It might be best to face it head on and embrace it especially if you have a nicely shaped noggin.
dude, bald is sexy. just roll with it. implants, hair paints, snake oils all show how insecure you are--not an attractive trait. Whereas a cheerful bald guy with attitude who just reeks of self-confidence? that's who I'd want to be with. let's see some pics fellas
Propecia, Rogain, and Nioxin System 3 Shampoo. All three. Vanity gets expensive. Console yourself with how much money women burn through to feel less insecure. Or just bic it like a man.
If you go the Propecia route, get your doctor to give you a script for Finasteride 5 mg and use a razor blade to cut into fifths (or fourths is easier to cut). Propecia is the biggest scam out there. I pay $4 for a month's supply of Finasteride using insurance. Buying Propecia over the counter was a $1 a day. It's the same drug.
Just let it fall out. It's the real you. It's who you are. I'm bald on top and I just don't care. Easy maintenance.
Embrace it. I got a little thinness on the top front of my head and I just decided to just shave it all. No more barber visits I just shave it and it looks good to me with my beard combo
Shave it off, it's worth it, believe me. I started shaving mine late 20s about 6 years ago (and this was just the thinning/early receding stages, I just didn't want to deal with it, and haven't looked back. Side effects of Propecia aren't worth it and bald is in. Also.. Learn to use a safety razor/straight edge, or get the car thing. I use a safety razor with feather blades and have a new blade weekly for like $7 a year (yes the whole year, forget the dollar shave club). I'm actually considering laser removal, don't get me wrong I liked my hair, but **** isn't worth the price of proper surgery, and eventually there will be genetic engineering etc to regrow it anyway, so why lose your drive when your razor is a great solution and you can get it back a better way later without spending 10k+ or whatever for a good surgery. That is unless you have some crazy shaped head... Haha pay the 10k jk
Don't get implants. Lebron isn't fooling anyone with his, and you don't have his kind of money. Do whatever you can to slow it, but once it gets to the point - own it. Shave it, or trim it short and call it a day.
Implants work fine if you go bald in a specific way. LeBron did it too early, he continued to lose hair after the surgery so it looks weird and patchy and will continue to get worse over time unless he gets more implants.
Embrace the power of underwear ... each underwear ,underneath it has some hair *you should be only concerned if you've brittle fingernails ,fatigue ,sudden weight gain ,otherwise ,it's cool to be bold
