Hey, let's change the subject... and seriously, start a new (old) thread and discuss that there. Oh wait, I am sure there were threads back then...
Yet the Trump CAMPAIGN is currently still under investigation by a special prosecutor, the FBI, Senate, and House, and will be for some time (likely still going on more than a year from now). (also Comey said yesterday that he's "Sure" Trump is now being looking at for Obstruction charges so he might be now but we all know Trump fans think he's willing to put himself behind bars to lie under oath to slander Trump) The Russia investigation cloud hanging over Trump isn't going away whether or not Donald J. Trump is a subject of the investigation or not. Its his name at the top of the ticket. Not Michael Flynn, or Paul Manafort. If Huma Abbedin was potentially committing crimes on behalf of Hillary Clinton, do you guys on the right really want to sit here and act like you wouldn't be acting as though it has nothing to do with Hillary Clinton? Nobody ever said Trump was the subject of the investigation. The NYT, WAPO, etc. stories have always stated that the investigation is focused on Flynn, Manafort, and most recently Kushner. Believe me, if it extended to Donald J. Trump, you'd hear about it. Regardless... it continues to sicken me that Republicans have ZERO concern about Russia attacking our democracy because of the tribalism nature of not wanting to admit that one of their own is also part of the story. Trump's involvement has always been the side dish to the main course which is Vladamir Putin's central crime of trying to wreck our Democracy.
This investigation may end quicker if Trump was collaborating more. He can release the tapes today (or admit that he lied about them existing) and he could testify under oath. If he has nothing to hide, there won't be a problem.
Too stupid to commit a crime? Stupid is not a valid defense for a crime. But it sure is a valid defense politically and it is being used so often now with Trump --- bar keep getting lower.
He is collaborating. No one in the history of collaborating has collaborated better than he has. He's a phenomenal collaborator, just the best! You won't hear that on the fake news though.
Russians, Americans, Trump, Hillary, the blind dog at the corner, etc. I don't care and nor should YOU even if that is the current sitting president or his team. You nor I are not privy to the current facts about the investigation and to claim absolute certainty that nobody got hurt says a lot about your mindset. Without any investigation, how can you tell if it had an effect or not? Should we just rely on your word? Just want to add.. I will keep on ignoring the red light because nobody got hurt when I ran through it. Is that how it goes?
no, it's all of us... we have a different standard for Trump. Credit to Trump for being a great manipulator and society for shared bias
You thought Hillary Clinton should go to jail despite zero evidence of a crime, so not sure your opinion or knowledge of the legal system is worth anything.
leftists have moved on from collusion since there is no evidence of it now they are trying for obstruction of justice, the evidence for which amounts to Trump saying "I hope you can let this go" to Comey (according to Comey) re the Flynn investigation there is no evidence Trump did anything to interfere with the Flynn investigation (which has, shockingly, also turned up nothing) the Deep State's credibility is on the line here, and Mueller will have to find some process crime to charge ala Scooter Libby
Comey is a Republican. He admitted to leaking his personal account so that a special persecutor is assigned. And his bet paid off. He's now a leftist? And let's not forget who initiate all of this on himself. No accountability. Blame left for everything. So bias it's SAD!
if you want to know how this could play out http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/b...redicament/article/2625594?platform=hootsuite
I think we can investigate both collusion and obstruction of justice. It isn't an either/or type of deal. There is absolutely evidence that Trump did something to interfere with the Flynn investigation. I'm not sure from where your declaration that there isn't anything to show that is coming. Becuase it certainly isn't coming from the facts about which we already know.
