Anxiety? As in James suffering from it and it potentially rearing it's ugly head in high pressure situations? That is an interesting dynamic I didn't think of. Maybe the fear of failure becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

**** Ariza for being nowhere in the same universe at LeBron or Durant. He's not good enough to look James in the eye. When he addresses James, Ariza should address Mr. Harden as Sir whilst maintaining focus on Mr. Harden's footwear. **** Trevor Ariza, he's a nice guy but if we had top tier sf play it would void the over-reliance of scoring from Assderson. Why the **** did Morky give Assderson all that money. I assumed Ariza's time was up after last season because next season is a contract season and I don't see him here long term in any role, his defense has slipped and those threes weren't falling in the playoffs so what's the point, but if we can see that everyone else can too. Maybe they can sell a young team on vet leadership, maybe we can get Jabari Parker for him. Sign me up for BeasGod tho

I wouldn't be surprised if Harden pulled a Rick James b*** move on Ariza when he finally spoke up about how tired he was of defending 2 people since Harden tries only when he wants...

Exactly. Changes nothing at the end of the day.

The reason James carries such a load is because James wants to carry such a load. Up until now he hasn't wanted to share ball duty with anybody.

I hope yer not sayin there's gonna be some Royce White anxiety defense for his not showing up for crucial games... that's be about as weak as his actual defense...
For someone that strives for the spotlight as James does... and his desire to be the center of everything...

I'd really love to get a real idea of what transpired... and not some 3 month later PR concocted narrative...

He'd got no beef with John Wall in Washington.

So more or less what a lot of us already believed. Harden is a total b****, fake news or not ; nobody can deny he flat out gave up before the game even started. I honestly hope he's traded.
Reoccurring theme here. Harden is a drama queen.

dude, this is amazing. can you do me a favor, ask your friend the music producer to ask his close friend who is in Harden's party entourage about the night Moses Malone Jr was assaulted. Does the friend who is in Harden's party entourage know anything about what went down that night?

Sounds like one of the nights Stephen Jackson decided to choke Stevie Franchise in the Clubs.

There's no way in hell KJ and Thornton were standing up to James. From those teams it was mostly Howard and Terry, and James really liked one of those guys.

I dont even think its about standing up to James... it's just a willingness to kiss his ass like he's the owner or the coach.... KJ was obviously part of Team Dwight - so he had to go... Thornton wasn't gonna just hustle and grab rebounds to serve James - he was gonna shoot - so he had to go - probably the same with Beasley...

Look at virtually our whole squad... James can be turning the ball over left n right... all the while yelling at CC or someone for giving up an easy bucket - and they just take it... It's quite apparent... if you're gonna play ball in Houston - you gotta kiss James' ass and help propel his greatness... smh...

No superstar with any kind of brand image is gonna let their brand get anywhere near james harden....

    The LOF kne
Morey brought this atmosphere here. If you don't coach moreyball you are out. It starts from the top and spreads down to the bottom.

Out of the two, who has a ring - Ariza or Harden? I'd listen to Ariza in the locker room. He's a proven winner.

Oh I place the blame in Morey's lap... he gave James the keys to the candy store like he's MJ, Kobe or LeBron... and he ain't... it's one thing to relinquish some control to somebody as driven as those other guys.... quite another to give it up to some primma donna who's more focused on partying and banging Kardashians.... smh...

as I said... Morey's the guy that relinquished control - or maybe it was on Les' approval... either way mgmt is enabling this poor behavior....

it's like 'fans' on here that say - "I'm over it' regarding game 6... or "Well James is our only chance to remain relevant..." or "we should just be grateful to have james..." Everybody is so hungry for success that they're willing to tolerate any negative behavior and kiss his narcisistic ass.... McHale tried to hold james accountable... got him fired less than a couple dozen games into the season following a WCF appearence....

It aint about winning - it's all for the glory of James Hard-on.... smh...
