Harden and Ariza got into a fight after game 5, hence Harden's game 6 performance.

Ariza wrote a whole lengthy article about Harden. That makes me super surprised but it also shows how harden is a weak leader. And it shows that he actually quit. If a little arguement made you quit a series man.... I don't know what to say. I hope harden puts these habits in the past otherwise we will never win anything

I want Butler- much cheaper I would actually add Capela to a trade for Butler. (Sell him high) with Zhou coming in next year Chinanu developing. We can legit add a solid lob player through free agency and still have the same impact capela gave us last year

I have also heard this from a couple people who are from Compton and they have a couple of NBA contacts. But I shrugged it off...

    Now I feel stupid.

The Warriors' Achilles Heel is inside.........You have James healthy....another bonafide stud, and..yes....a force inside...CC is turning into that...Get them some help (Nene will get SOME minutes) and the Rockets will compete/punish GS. Force GS to match up with US.

They wouldn't have swept us THIS year...if we were healthy. We would have gotten at least one..more than likely, two.

for who? do you just want picks? we can take a gamble and get two top picks from boston, or do a 3 way trade and get the frist and another top 3 pick.

but is a young prospect and a couple of rookies better than harden? if so then the 76ers would be goats.

maybe get harden a star that compliments his game first.

chances are they got over it. Do you really think they are upset that they didn't get the chance to get swept by the Warriors? trust me, it's different if they believed they really had a chance to win this year and getting swept by the Warriors again is not something they wanted any part of.

they went as far as they needed to go, and they did a good job this season.

You're completely delusional. Watch the finals tonight and be honest with yourself

The warriors don't have an achilles heel. If an strong inside game might be the best chance to beat them... and I'm not sold on that AT ALL... then its not saying much.

And again, to the extent they might have trouble with, what it really is, is just bigs that can play at least some defense out on the wings when forced to switch, and who can get offensive boards, which limits GSW transition opportunities.

Of course, Tristan Thompson was that guy for the Cavs, and the addition of Durant has mismatched him out of this series.

How about this... exclude all players on the GSW, Lebron, Kawhi, Russ, young stars on crappy but potentially up and coming teams (KAT, Wiggins, AD, Simmons, Booker types) and put together a team that is feasible under the salary cap. Forget the fact that those players might not be available now, or the Rockets might not be able to get them given their cap situation.

I honestly don't see a team that would be anything other than an underdog against the Warriors, and the Cavs, and potentially even the Spurs (who will likely have home court against anyone not the Warriors)

It would seem awkward to speak favorably of each other only to let some argument come between them. Can't imagine NenĂª and Bobby would want to be on the team without Ariza.

Lol, why are u taking what OP said as fact? I guess anyone can be an "insider" these days as long as they say that they know people in the organization without having to show any kind of proof that that's the case.

Even if what the OP said is true, it doesn't mean that was the reason he had a bad game. But all speculation is open after the nuclear wasteland that was Game 6.

I think OP is full of it.

As for game 6, I have a friend whose close to someone in Hardens group, what he always tells me is Harden parties like crazy going to strip clubs and getting drunk all the time.

He said Harden was out till 4am and had a hangover for game 6.

This story sounds like bs, sorry. I imagine there's arguments in the locker room pretty often. It's sports, anyone that's played anything in the past knows that every once in awhile or pretty often there are disagreements that escalate into something bigger than they need to be. Good for Ariza if true for calling out Harden. Harden should be held accountable and nobody should be comfortable being a great regular season team. Ariza wants rings and we had a chance this year. Harden and the rest of the teams performance in Game 6 was absolutely awful as was the coaching.

I've been trying to forget game 5 and 6 for a month now. Those games have stuck with me for an abnormally long time. This thread is not helping my efforts to forget..

I've never seen hangover effect someone that bad, drugs or alcohol. Unless we're talking something along the lines of crack or heroin. If he were high he would of played fine. If he were hungover from being drunk it wouldn't of been that bad. Either James is a junkie or he wants to be traded. That's the only logical conclusion I can come up with. Even a locker room debacle would not of led to that outcome.

A good parallel to this is the Draymond and unnamed player shouting match in the locker room during the Western Conference Finals a few years back. The team was tense, but they banded around it and beat OKC. That's what Houston didn't do this time around.
