Give him some rope. He's got a nice cushion. If he gets in some trouble and gives up a few runs no big deal. It's the perfect opportunity to pitch a little deeper at the cost of giving up a run or two. Even if they pulled him, they'd be going to the low leverage guys like Sipp and Guduan to chew up an inning or two anyway. The back of the bullpen pitched a fair amount this series.
Agreed. It's the 7-9 hitters. But they'll probably go to the pen and that's fine too. Feliz hasn't pitched this month. Sipp and Guduan both need some innings too.
Well, Tony Sipp did retire one of the left-handed hitters that he faced. (Even though Odor this year hasn't exactly been a high bar to clear)
