This means nothing. Trump will save all his biggest dumps for post-Nov. 3.

Oh so you disagree then that the Paris climate agreement would "necessarily skyrocket energy prices"? What are you basing that disagreement on? There have been a couple studies cited already talking about the expenses of the Paris agreement and yet I haven't seen you cite anything when you say "nuh uh"....interesting how that works.

Maybe Trump could scrap that $56 billion welfare increase to our military and put it toward emissions reduction.

This is based on the assumption that if we burden people now, it'll pay off in the end.....which is exactly what a bank would want you to think when you are considering borrowing money for an investment. It is also based on the idea that innovation will stop without measures that burden people now. The transition has already begun and once the technology is there, that transition will be complete, but I'm still not seeing a reason to overly burden people now by jacking up energy costs now....which is what we were talking about that this article doesn't dispute. It's just suggesting that if you suffer now, it'll end up being cheaper in the long run

Also, this study is factoring in costs associated with the effects of climate change which they can't possibly accurately predict.

In short, this is all but worthless.

Did trump really take a shot at NATO during the speech announcing this withdrawal?

I hear 4.5 million people have died from global warming since this announcement so the freak out is probably justified.

Yes, Bobbytheflake, we all already know you don't care about the environment because you spend 24/7 in your mommas dingy basement with no windows.

so for those of you that wanted this plan that was reportedly going to cost your average family around $1K a yr, would you say this would solve the global warming issue or was this just a start?

Yep because if you aren't taking that step then you should be against taking every single other possible step. Great point.

If they do believe that then they have to believe that the other countries staying in the agreement addresses the issue and it's not a problem.

I just want to hear what they think the final bill will be to alter the earth's climate. $01K a yr per household? $20K?

I'm sure they'd say that no price tag is too high to set the planet's thermostat (which they believe is possible despite no real evidence or consensus opinion on the subject....it's just a faith thing)....especially when they aren't yet feeling the burden of that price tag.

How much does it cost to go vegan? Is it monthly payment plan, yearly, or can someone do a lifetime purchase?

It must be Trump's HUGE goal-keeper sized hands that are keeping everyone from becoming vegan.

Darn you Trump and your HUGE hands!
