What is sad is that Hillary stands for a hell of a lot. She's been an ardent supporter and activist for women's rights since she was in college, as an example, not that most of the male supporters of trump give a damn about that. Clinton has done plenty. People weren't paying attention. A lot of that was due to her poor campaign, but far from all. Absent the influence Russia had on the election, and the billion+$$ of free coverage the man had from the media, who share some of the responsibility for who we have in the White House, Ms. Clinton would be President today. I wish she was. We would be vastly better off.

She ran a piss poor campaign, despite having a lot of smart and experienced people. I understand why she ran a vanilla campaign against someone like Trump but it should have been obvious in the months leading up to the election that vanilla wouldn't cut it.

She should have came out firing with an ACA fix and guns blazing at the lack of alternative to ACA by the GOP after 8 years of whining about it. She instead played it safe and ended up standing for nothing by perception.

    Coming soon to Amazon:

How to lose a campaign by Hillary Clinton and
How not to run a country by Donald Trump

I don't think any of those who supported her after she got the nomination believe that she ran the kind of campaign we wish she had run. People like me, however, firmly believe that had the Russians stayed out of our election in 2016, had the media not slavishly given trump billions in free coverage, and had Comey not outrageously released yet more "Hillary E-Mail Bullshit" just before the election, we would not be having this conversation. Ms. Clinton would be President of the United States. Mr. trump would probably be trying to get more loans from Russian banks while continuing to hide his tax returns from the American people, not busy acting like a juvenile delinquent in the Oval Office, or wherever he's parked himself for a few days.

If she hadn't been a terrible candidate and if she hadn't illegally mishandled classified information while Secretary of State then maybe she'd have had a chance but she's so infinitely unlikable that she was going to have a hard time beating anyone even under perfect circumstances. I get that as a completely blind partisan hack you'll never be able to see that, but it is what it is.

Even if you ignore the potential landmines contained in Trump's tweets the broader question of using tweets as evidence is very interesting (and as come up with Trump previously re: his Muslim ban).

Trump’s tweets ‘a gold mine’ for Mueller probe

Exclusive: Special counsel Mueller to probe ex-Trump aide Flynn's Turkey ties

It will be interesting if any of Trump's financial dealings with/in Turkey get connected...

Mueller needs to be removed or Special Counsel needs to be ended. Mueller should actually recuse himself, but i doubt hes that honorable a guy.

LOL... Washington Examiner. What, Breitbart was on a break?

Mueller's experience and integrity is unquestionable. And now the Trump supporters are trying to avoid him. Why not simply say "Trump's guilty, Mueller is not under his or anyone else's thumb, and we need to get out while we still can"?

Worthless. Any relationship between Comey and Mueller was known ahead of time. Why is Lord Byron only talking about it now? There is no reason at all for Mueller to recuse himself.

When Trump and his fans are purposefully attacking or trying to undercut Robert Mueller you know they are afraid of what he's going to find.

It makes you look pathetic. And look to history before you try to suggest removing a Special prosecutor. How well did that work out for Richard Nixon?

The funny thing is as soon as he was appointed one conservative poster on these boards posted about he expected the liberals to decry the selection in 3... 2... 1...

    Yet now look what's happening.

As FB put it, a worthless post. Worse than worthless because, with all due respect, it makes you look like a fool who's a tool that will say anything. Don't you ever tire of playing the idiot? With all due respect, of course. Mueller has a spotless reputation and served the nation for 12 years as Director of the FBI under presidents from both parties. Honorable? I doubt that you know the meaning of the word.

In case you were wondering where tallanvor gets his marching orders:

And, in case you believed ol' Newt to be a bastion of intellectual consistency:

but this talking point was initiated by the head of RNC, Ronna Romney McDaniel, who,

just like Kusher and Ivanka, is inexperienced/unqualified and has been
the beneficiary of of nepotism, being Mit's grand daughter
it is interesting to note that these character assasasins had previously lauded the appointment of
Rod Rosenstein as the Asst AG replacing Sally Yates. It was Rosenstein that had created Muellers position.
    it is just beginning.

this is a classic eg of intellectual inconsistency, double talk

they bash Comey as being untrustworthy, yet they also claim that Comey's testimony has vindicate Trump !

they call Comey a leaker; but it was unclassified info

I guess between the coordinated media attacks on Mueller and Trump's lawyer laying out that Trump could end or intervene in the special counsel if circumstances warranted it, we should all be prepared for this investigation to get terminated relatively soon.
