I agree, but the picture is that remote as it may be, we might be able to get value out of Savage via franchise tag then trade or the impossible happens and he is Drew Brees all of a sudden. Virtually no chances of that happening but that's why you roll with him over Weeden when it really comes down to it.

This really isn't too complicated folks. Savage sucks, and he will be replaced by Watson as soon as humanly possible.

Savage doesn't suck, he just has had bad luck getting injuries. Watson won't see the field in 2017, and until the Texans draft/sign a respectable OL he shouldn't.

I don't think it has all that much to do with the O line as it does Watson simply not being ready. If he was capable of doing his job at an acceptable level in the NFL, I'd be all for him starting, but I just don't see him even being able to learn the offense in time to start this season let alone the other parts of his game that have to be modified or improved upon for NFL success.

. My guess is they go with Watson out of the gate, or at most wait a few games. Remember, he doesn't even have to be above average to be an upgrade from Savage/Brock. Hell, he doesn't even have to be average.

He hasn't look good either. And none of us know exactly when Watson will see the field.

Man can we please get off the Oline rant. This is professional football. He's going to get hit and hit often. Even behind that massive oline Dak got sack and pressured a lot. So you beefing up the line is not going to prevent a player from getting injured or hit often.

If Braxton can run routes like Welker did that would be a huge threat giving the fact he is much faster. But he would have to take the big hits as well being that he'd be in the middle of he field most of the time.

I love it. Savage making it hard on Deshaun. Pushing him to get better if he wants that start. Go get him Tom!

I really dont know. Im on the fence about these though. I think all of us are just excited for some kind of new trim/design to our current jerseys that we'd just jump on anything at this point. I like the trim and cut but Im not a fan of those horns on the shoulder pads.

We could use a fresh look but not digging the horns on the sleeves.
