Wow how lucky did fiers get this inning?? That line drive was smoked but a base running gave us a DP and that last hit stayed in the ballpark by literally 2 inches.

    See ya bud.

How the hack was that not a HR?

Ball hit the yellow line on the fly.

Guess since it bounced back in-play.

Something tells me that's the last start Fiers will make barring another starting pitcher injury.

i actually thought it hit the brick wall then bounced to the yellow line. I'm watching on a small device though.

That's not the definition of a HR.

I'm guessing you think they treat the fence the same as a foul pole?

I remember making a comment just the other day, you can't put Feliz in there unless you have a huge lead. We see why, yet again.

Yes. And it would have tied the game, not given them a lead.

Bullpen has been spotty all year with inherited runners... Devo included.

They're all better when starting an inning fresh.

I could see that. I think it's probably that we're in the 5th still, and in a game that seems like it'll involve a lot more runs. Hinch looking to get multiple innings out of Feliz

Its pecking order showcase for Hinch.

He now has Hoyt above Feliz, and should get the 6th.

    Gregerson-Harris-Giles to close.
