    What do you think the trade value to his rights are? If any

    It's time to look into moving on from this pipe dream. If we net anything we should take it, IMO. Let someone else take a turn in the maybe one day game. I know it cost nothing to wait but --> fruit will rot on the vine if not picked.

    the best we can get is probably a 3rd rounder. nobody wants an aging player with no experience in the nba.

    There isn't any value if he has no interest in coming to the nba, i'm pretty sure Morey would've traded his rights already if Llull said he was ok coming to the nba, just not to Houston.

    We need to upgrade. Don´t understand the hate for Llull. As a player or as an asset this is good for us.

    I'd like to get his rights off the books... just so people will stop adding it to some pooh pooh platter of crap that they think they can trade for some random all-star... as if his 'rights' hold any value at this point... lol

    If we ended up trading Lou for help at other positions, it would be nice to see llull fill that spot. Too bad it's not gonna happen .

    No. That distorts everything. Llull would be a borderline All-star here similar to Manu in his prime.

    Pretty much this...Llull for the same money (basically) but for 3/4 years in Lou's place would be perfect for us...too bad that like you said...

    Manu was better than a borderline All-Star; that sucker was a stud. t 50, or whatever his birth certificate claims, he's still a pretty effective dude.

    Llull? I gotta believe he is looking to be paid to play rotation minutes and he is less likely to get sufficient minutes in Houston. Actually, I see him in NYK (if Phillup ever gets his head out from his bu-tox) or Griz, to play with buddy Gasol. What would he bring back in either case?
