Sorry. But if he's making it all up he won't get money and notoriety. He'll lose. And he will pay.

    Smoke.......fire.

    Yes, Harden is still immature.

    1. How is settlement outside of court proof of guilt? Pro athletes do that all the time when shizz isn't worth their time. Based on Harden's on court demeanor and even what we've seen of him in interviews/heard of him off court, I haven little reason to believe he'd be that aggressive towards somebody for something so stupid... But who knows. (I know you don't)

    2. 27 years old is definitely not "well into his prime". Historically speaking, very few superstars peak at that age, especially in terms of team success. I remember back when people were calling Dirk a choker...

Huh? The lawsuit wasn't filed when the police arrived... Plus, has anyone even been charged yet with the assault and robbery yet? Is there proof that even really happened? (Honest question there, I don't know, but the OP did not make it sound like that was the case)

Enjoy your offseason. Don't waste too much time defending someone who wasn't smart enough to not be in the same location when the assault happened.

So you're saying he's never worked with an innocent client before? Just because he's good [and probably very shady] doesn't mean that innocent people wouldn't still have interest in hiring him if they don't want to **** around.

I mean I have no idea, but yeah. I'm sure we'll have some news in some form or another soon that will help us judge whether there is truth to this story... But so far, it definitely seems like people here have nothing but silly conjecture. No matter how immature you think Harden is, this is just a weird thing for him to do, and for a weird reason.

I don't know why it would matter whether he was in the same location if he's a known regular at that spot, anyways. Plus, from your very article:

We reached out to HPD about this incident. They would not say whether or not Harden was there that night.

There is no indication that Harden was involved in the incident. He has not been charged with any crime or accused of any wrong doing.

But as I said, the civil suit wasn't filed when the police showed up, in any case.

I mean I don't know if Harden did it. Would be bizarre if he did, and would definitely make me lose just about all respect for him... but I also don't see any remotely damning evidence in this thread. Just a bunch of bitter fans pissed off about game 6.

Its pretty easy to guess. Obviously its not LeBron, and it happened in 2007 so its not one of the young guys. Think about which players were in the league in 2007, playing in a city close enough to live in Houston for the summer and become friends with Lil Wayne. The answer is blatantly obvious. If you still don't know who it is, watch the Young Money "Bed Rock" video

I knew Kyle Korver was a trouble maker. Always got a weird vibe with him.

One minute Harden is not a Michael Jordan typye killer, too passive and not a leader on the court. The next minute he's the masterminding & ordering gang hits for Twitter posts and punching people for random comments. Wow. Which one is it? Too passive or too aggressive? Folks need to make up their minds.

That's assuming liars don't sometimes win, which is completely false. Liars win in court all the time.

Well, sending other people to beat up someone who criticized you sounds more like being a coward rather than some sort of agressive mastermind so, it would kinda fit with passive argument in fact...
