Hate to bring it back to the umps, but they wont give musgrove anything on the corners, 2balls were strikes on the previous batter before gomes, now musgrove is relegated to throw something down the middle in his mind in order to be a strike. Bats need to do something before the 8th though
It's frustrating to see the Astros struggle against and expected contender for the AL pennant but the Indians are feasting on pitchers in this series that should be replaced down the road this season. The Astros hitters haven't done their part this series though to pick up the bad back end rotation like they usually do.
I'm not even mad. We definitely need that no.3 pitcher so that there won't be a scenario where the other team doesn't even face one of our best pitchers in a series.
Well you've had almost automatic wins from your top 2 starters, a great bullpen, and a monster offense. In the long run we're likely going to need to bring in someone from the outside or hope Mchugh can bring it.
It sucked yesterday, esp late in the game. Havent really noticed it as much today... Joe was throwing garbage worse than Fiers.
