Another questionable strike. Bats have been poor and now ump is giving their pitchers help. Just a frustrating series. Oh well.
That last pitch to Marwin for the strikeout was WAY outside. We get it, Miller and the Indians are a big draw $$$$. You don't have to make it so blatant though FFS.
The pitching has carried the team at home. Just weird how the lineup doesn't have better success at home.
These Indians are some cocky bastards. Astros better get those bats going again they've looked bad on this home stand
This month, they are scoring 5.75 runs per game at home (8 games). They are averaging 5.1 runs per game overall for the season (home and away).
you couldn't have asked for a better start from fiers. Kind of normal for the bats to cool off after that hot road trip. I wish you could throw at the umps' heads, their one way strike zone worked over our hitters having them chase ridiculous balls which would have been called strikes if not swung on catch 22.
Their most feeble performances have been at home. They've had a few breakout games here and there to raise their averages at home but the team's offense on the road overall has been more consistent.
or we need a better batter's eye, introducing the movable batter's eye. . Have like a huge orange and blue rocket at center field, but once the opposition is up to bat, it disappears. No joking, I think the new outfield is messing with them a little.
