Westbrook is horribly inefficient. That's a terrible contract for the thunder. Sam Presti would get on his knees and beg us to trade Harden for him. It's beyond comprehension why anybody on CF would want us to trade for Russ

I would. Not really as hard a decision as it should be. Your best player has to have heart or you don't have a chance in this league.

The guy is inefficient because he's all the Thunder have. Give him and Ariza and Gordon and Westbrook would be significantly more efficient.

And he doesn't quit, so there's that, too.

2 weeks ago: "Haha Chuckbrook! Shooting his team out of the game!"

Today: "He shows so much heart chucking his team out of the game!"

What was more detrimental to his team?

Westbrook going 4 for 18 in the 4th quarter of game 2, losing by 4 points.
Harden's, whatever you want to call it, for the entirety of game 6 against the Spurs (before fouling out) and losing by 39.

    Without any doubt.

Westbrook always put his all in his game.
Harden is big choker in playoffs.

Still better than Harden's lazy basketball in playoffs every year.

That's a tough one. Probably about even, though the optics of Harden's were probably worse.

I'm mostly just enjoying the revisionist history by some regarding the matter.

Yes I would trade Harden for Westbrook. Because Westbrook is not a quitter.

    Incorrect.

This was his most efficient season as a pro. When he was all by his lonesome.

The guy had one of the most efficient scorers in NBA history as his running mate for years and still only managed truly awful efficiency stats.

So no, it's not about teammates, it's about his crappy shooting and even worse shot selection.

Disagree. Westbrook is actually on a short list of stars that I want nothing to do with (Carmelo, Cousins, a few others).

Give me Anthony Davis - and THEN we're talking.

No. If you asked me if i would trade for anthony davis or Wiggins maybe. But at this point i feel trading Hardwn for Westbrook would only be a move that would keep us in the same spot.

That guy has heart and he will improve his efficiency. I am quite sure of that.

He might lose his athleticism sooner than later but he will adapt.

I agree he is not a fit with the Rox.
