Devo is getting run in the ground. It's still May and he's having to come in too often in games that Fiers, Musgrove and sometimes Morton pitches.

What a brutal inning. That has to easily be Devenski's worst outing of the season.

Gattis is a nightmare behind the plate. Doesn't have anything close to the IQ McCann has. This pink **** giving me nausea too.

And yet everyone complains when he's 'not' in and something bad happens.

I actually today was advocating for Feliz to get that inning. I've been afraid of Devo being run in the ground here lately.

all of the sudden the strikes given to yankees pitchers are balls for the astros. =/

Hinch takes out harris and brings our best high stress pitcher, in previous seasons harris and others are left there to figure it out on their own.
Then he gave the open path to their best hitter something we didn't see at all last season but have seen since the first mariners series this year.
Hinch for manager of the year! no snark.

It just shows you that you can draw it up perfectly then baseball happens, in this case an 1/18 struggling hitter drives in three for the pinstripes.

Peacock, Hoyt, Gregerson, Giles... and I bet Feliz could get warm again if needed.

I fully expected them to lose this game since Fiers was pitching. Hopefully they win tonight, in which case taking 3 of 4 at NY would be huge. I suspect they come out next game on fire

Began to write at beginning of the post that Musgrove isn't much better but he's not as taxing on the pen as Fiers sorry ass.
