Hakeem prob said something like... "At one point people questioned my level of devotion and drive - well at least here there is no question."
Trade him to LA for all of their assets + picks. I bet you Magic Johson would do it. Morey doesn't have the balls though just like he would let Harden walk all over him like a Lebron except Lebron will actually take you to the finals every year. If Hakeem was still playing, he would've called a Time-out just to cuss out Harden in front of the entire coaching staff and team.
I'm sure his half billion dollars and litany of big booty hoes will help him through... lol I just keep thinking of that scene from White Men Cant Jump... when the big dude claims injury and Woody gets put in the game... while everybody is ragging on the big man for wussing out, his gf is all 'c'mere, baby... let me make it better" or something like that.... you know James has enough hangers on around him kissing his ass 24/7 and telling him whatever he wants to hear... yeh, I'm sure James is all tore up... as he drove to his mansion... as he went out clubbin... as he made it rain for the strippers... just heartbroken... based on the effort he put in... he dgaf... just an example of why its hard to be positive and optimistic as a Rockets fan...
The GM for the Lakers is hardens former agent... this has been lining up for months... After that performance, james' value has to be down...
we are all jealous of people who have way more money than us. im not denying that. I know that I would prefer to have half a billion. I'm also not denything that he put on a **** show. I still think this dude is embarrassed as hell. I believe mike when he says james is devastated. You can only go like 5 times with a big booty hoe before you're done and money can only buy so much. We all have emotions too. James Harden is the laughing stock of the entire sportsworld today. How can he not be devastated?? I mean we all gotta agree that the prospect of millions of people laughing at you across the world is kind of scary.
TMac, a quitter and loser, talking about anyone in the 2nd round of the playoffs is hysterical. Shut up dude.
I hear ya man... the thing is... it didnt look like he even TRIED. 2 shots in the entire first half? you'd think if he cared at all he'd at least be forcing some shots... driving to the basket.... 2 shots the whole first half... not even talking about more turnovers than assists... not even going into 0 rebounds for the half... 2 shots... I'm sorry, that's not even trying in my book...
TMac shouldn't be the one talking about this, considering his history, but he is absolutely right. James was fukin garbage and embarrassed the fans, the city, his teammates, everyone I can't defend him every year by trying to find an explanation. He is what he is. I would look to trade early for him than later and getting **** back
He didnt try. He got weird and choked. I just think hes still embarassed though. He didnt try but hes also probably humiliated after the fact IMO. Im not defending his performance, im just saying i find it impossible to believe he isnt ashamed
You're right man. Damn. I can't but help agree with you on this. Tracy never suffered a second round collapse with us, because, well, he never took us to one. Yao and Ron Artest did while Tmac picked the Lakers in 6 against us while he rode the bench. McGrady left it all on the court because he didn't have to play more than 7 games an offseason at best.
Yeah, but McGrady had 27 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists in that game. He and Yao were almost literally the only two guys who showed up. That's the problem: Harden was with the no-shows.
Lol! I'm a fan of T-Mac's game but you're right. I just wished he had more help....But with that being said, Harden AND the Rockets laid it down
Tracy McGrady is showing the world that he is on James Harden's level... or is it the other way around?
I love all this crap between two quitters Its like whether the stale, rotten fungus infested triple cheese burger is better when sold at McD or better when sold at BK
The only good news is that we've seen it before with Lebron, and the only thing I can attribute it to is either A) Too sensitive about critics or B) Wanting to appease the critics by passing instead of playing Hero.
He's numb to it, through not caring or self medication. He doesn't feel it now but if he has any heart, at all he will one day.
