On of the bright sides of the season is how D'Antoni brought Eric Gordon back from the dead If we aren't going to play defense and we're all in, why not?

I don't see the Jeremy Lin option. I think D'Antoni likes Lin a whole lot more than he likes Carmelo, and Lin would be a better fit in our system, plus he would be the ball handling playmaker that we need . . . kind of like a poor man's Rubio. So I want to see your thread for THAT. I'm serious.
What we need is to bring Simmons back to Houston. That kid has got game! Perhaps getting incriminating pics of Pop & Ginobilly doing some incriminating things to each other ... (BrokeBack Mountain type) ....... ....... .......
No thank you to Melo, in fact, I will die of a heart failure if Melo ever becomes a member of this team. What WE need is Paul George and Jimmy Butler. Two players who have heart, will prevent me from dying from heart failure.
actually if they're gonna stick with harden they should consider melo if thye can move anderson so melo can start at 4. it wont win them a ring though,b ut they'd be significantly better if they dont have to gut the team.
I would flip Anderson for Melo. The question is does he accepted the role of being a stretch four and waive his no trade clause.
Immediately after last night's game, I posted that we need roster improvements in the offseason. But now that I think about it some more, I like the composition of this team. We can't rely on some players being as healthy as they were this season (Eric Gordon, Ryan Anderson, Nene) -- so we should bolster our depth to account for that. I really liked what I saw from Beverly and Capela in the playoffs. Trevor Ariza's offense frustrates me to no end, but I can't dispute that he's a positive contributor overall to the team. He is probably better suited in a bench role. We got no contributions from Decker and Harrell in the playoffs, but both have talent and could potentially be major contributors next year. I think it needs to be less about overhauling the roster than adjusting our approach to the game. We need to vary our offensive attack, and Harden needs to be a more committed defensive player.
