Not defending Harden AT ALL, but shouldn't espn and TNT be praising him?

He had a triple double. If we've learned anything this season it's that that's all that matters!

yeah i get why everyone is so enamored with the block, and because of manu's history in the league, but i was worried about a timeout for that exact reason. because a guy boxed in by two guys having to force up a 3 pretty much has something like that happen almost every time. the block didn't surprise me at all because that's what usually happens. the lack of a timeout? now that surprised me. because you could see we were trapped and a block was the most likely outcome. james did well (about all he did well in OT) to free himself for any look.

The Spurs are playing Dejounte Murray and Kyle Anderson, two scrubs, just saying...and yeah, add David Lee.

    We ran out of legs.

But seriously, this was one brutal loss. SO many chances to close this game out and with that the series. Game 6 would have been a blow out Rockets win.

Tough one but Rockets in 7

All we can hope for is the Cavs to crush the Warriors hearts again.

I want to make it clear, Harden was awful late. Just terrible. But the reactions are worse. He's obviously made a gigantic leap forward in playoff basketball this post season. No wonder the media hates him, most Rocket fans do to.

This loss came down to poor execution, small rotation, and either a lack of play calling or a complete ignorance of it. It's also insane to think a 7 man rotation is going to hold up over the course of an intense playoff game. What happens if we actually advance, 7 man rotation against the Warriors? Get out of here with that. Dantoni has to start using Harrell or these guys won't have anything left.

Warriors will win regardless. However, Spurs are much better coached. Rockets just collapse.

The hardest thing about watching this game was seeing our offense revert back to the JVG/Tmac days of one player dribbling the ball while the rest of the guys stand around watch.

You can say we ran out of energy, you can say we missed Nene, or blame the refs, or blame Harden or MDA. Bottom line is that as awful as we looked there we still had golden opportunities to win this game and that hurts. It all comes with experience and while the Rockets looked like a team that was mature and confident in the first half, they looked like a team that lacked experience in closing these type of games in the second half.

San Antonio has always been one step ahead of us in these tight games this year, and you have to give them credit because they understand how to win these types of games. Still, I blame the Rockets too because the way our offense looked down the stretch tonight was just disgusting and gave me flashbacks to the JVG days.

I've yet to see anyone say that Harden was tired.

Westbrook got a TON of excuses for doing **** like this. Harden gets 0.

when harden gets the ball out way past the 3 point line and just holds it. you know it's gonnabe some bullishit.

it's so predictable at this point. it's like i've seen it 1000 times.

When you can't get a stop when you have the game in hand you deserve to lose. Once Ryno hit the 3 to put Houston up that should of been game. You lock in as a team and play defense. You realize you need to suck it up for the win. A Danny green and 1 is 100% pathetic. Everything that happened after that does not matter to me.

Rockets get a stop on that Danny screen and 1 score and it becomes a ft game. Close it out and get the W. that's the difference bw the gs,clev, SA team. When they need to get a stop they do

I have no problem with using Harrell and Dekker and would like to see more of what they can do in the playoffs. I am just saying that if we aren't going to play them now, then we need to spend some time figuring out what players we can get that we will trust to get it done in the playoffs.
