The Rockets will just be going small a lot and using Ryno as the backup 5. Losing Nene isn't that big a deal since even if we win this series Nene doesn't have a ton of use against the Warriors who mostly use Draymond at center. Going into the 5th game against San Antonio, the Rockets are still about 38% to win the series, and we will need a barrage of hot 3 point shooting just to win this one. At least by going small we will increase our 3 point shooting volume which is favorable when you need to increase variance in the game.
I don't know why Morey couldn't make a play for a 3rd experienced and serviceable spare big at the trade deadline. Possibly packaging Montrellz and probably Dekker for when the Magic were making a fire sale. Not for Ibaka but maybe Bismack Biyombo would really help right about now. Long ass motha....
I like Harrell in. He'll cause havoc running the floor. Whomever is guarding him will have to tire out. Harden is going to be playing quarterback all playoffs long. Blistering pace.
OMG why bring up Scola? He is done. This team needs another serviceable bruiser. It would take getting rid of Montrellz and Dekker to make room for Biyombo who would more than fill the gap for an injured Nene and more. Heck Nene would still be injury free with Biyombo on this team sharing the minutes.
