Yep, I think this is a big thing. I hope they maintain the focus on pace. Dude wouldn't cross halfcourt until 16.0000001 on the shot clock every freaking time.

I think a bit of both. We can win when Harden tries to outscore the other team on his own but it works better if everyone is involved, the ball is moving, and our role players are making shots. Harden probably sensed he needed to do more because his teammates weren't stepping up to the challenge. But, the end result is an imbalance in the offense. We need to play team ball effectively to win in the playoffs. Ask Westbrook.

 

Yep. Bev was on the Miami roster with LeBron before getting cut in the preseason years ago, so it's not surprising they have a relationship.

 

I'm glad he is fine with it and a professional about it.....because he should probably expect to come off the bench for the rest of his career now whether it be in Houston or somewhere else.

i didn't say the refs did a great job last night. i said they called it evenly. they weren't calling phantom fouls or obvious flops. in fact I think I said earlier in the night the refs still weren't going to call anything on the spurs...they just weren't calling the bs on the rockets.

2 games they stayed out of it. 2 rockets wins.
2 games they put their nose in it. 2 spurs wins.

Do we know if Harden's knee is okay? I know he walked it off in the game, but you never know.

 

Interesting. Not only is he fine with it, but he expects it. I wonder if D'Antoni said anything to him after the game.

What do you guys think of Capelas defense this series?

I think he's rebouded and defended very well and I think he's been elite in terms of shot blocking and rim protection.

Do you guys think this is his breakout performance or just flash in the pan?

Is he turning that corner as finally getting it?

I want to see more especially with Nene going down. We need Clint playing 30+ minutes a game and getting 10+ points 12+ rebounds and 3+ blocks.

Lets see if he can do it. The Spurs are def a favorable matchup for Clint he needs to keep it up.

He needs to gain weight this offseason though he gets bodied to much down low.
