It was only the first 2 games against San Antonio.

 

Actually, to be fair is to not bash Anderson because he probably isn't performing much different than he was before we "overpaid him". He might not be scoring as many points as he did his last year in New Orleans, but I bet that is because he isn't taking as many shots being on a team with Harden. He is doing the best he can, so if he isn't worth that much money only our GM is to blame. I will agree that he got in a shooting slump, but most of our guys have done that all year long. Harden played some of his lousiest games in the playoffs too. People need to quit hating on players if they are true fans. It just isn't motivating. Everyone does better when they spread the ball around more, and last night showed that.

 

It may be tentative, but right now, Game 6 appears to have a 7PM start time. I thought we were done with those, but I guess the Cleveland sweep means one less Eastern Conference series and an earlier tipoff for the Western Conference game. So the Rockets better do another one of those $1 beer/soda/hot dogs/nachos promos to make sure people are in the arena by tipoff, especially with this being a Thursday night game.

Even if it's just a pulled groin, he ain't coming back in this series. There's less than a week left til it's over, even if it goes 7.

 

I've pulled my groin and missed two months of playing time in college. It took about a month to even feel capable of running. He ain't coming back.

 

This a flawed premise.

1. How many assist did he have while Kawhi guarded him? Points generated

2. Kawhi and harden have staggered minutes, so they aren't on the court at the same time

3. Kawhi didn't play at all in the last 14 minutes, because we BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER in the 3rd with Kawhi on the court

 

I meant they aren't "always" on the court at the same time

 

Meanwhile, Kawhi was a -15 for the night.

Kawhi: 14, 4, 6, 50% shooting, -15

He can't. The Spurs are so reliant on Kawhi offensively(especially now with Parker out) that he'd be spent by the 2nd half if he had to guard Harden on every possession.

 

ESPN just got comped us to a bad Madden player. These layoffs have made this channel hard to watch.

Lou Williams had three possessions in a row where he got pumpfaked out of shoes for a Layup or played Ole defense for a layup.

Have to get better effort on that end from him.
