Jazz have a better matchup against the Rockets, thats something I said earlier. Doesn't mean they are better than the Rockets because suprise surprise there are other teams besides the Rockets.

Rockets match well against the Spurs, GSW and even Cavs all their games have been close. Oth Jazz virtually have no chance against any of those teams. So if Hayward really is dumb enough to say his team is better Morey will say unlike the Rox who have a low chance of winning a ring, the Jazz have no chance if winning a ring. Rox have a chance against anyone if they get hot from the 3, the Jazz are just an inferior version of the Spurs so what are their chances against the Spurs in a 7 game series? Thats right, 0. So what if the gap isn't big? Its still a gap, meaning the Rox are better than the Jazz. How can you be the better team when you have a worse record by 4 games? Thats literally the meaning of being a better team.

What specialized skillset are you talking about? Shooting 3s? Fast breaks? Thats something everyone does from kids playing in the playground all the way to pros in Europe. I see you can't really really rebut any of my points, pls tell me whats so inflexible about a system that likes to run and shoot 3s? Lou Will didn't even know any plays and played 20 mins on his first game, thats how inflexible this system is.

Lol the regular season can't predict the playoffs? How many times has the 1st and 2nd seed won a ring in the NBA vs other sports?

It's a difference of opinion man.

You say a team being better has more to do with overall record, I say it has more to do with one team kicking another team's ass.

you say the rockets are better suited for playoff basketball than the Jazz because of regular season records against teams. I disagree.

I understand your points man. The good thing is we will be able to see come playoff time.

I don't want to argue about the rockets system. have a good night bro.

We dont kowtow to j*zz players. Otto Porter is cheaper and younger and doesn't need to have the ball in his hands. Ariza off the bench

Bump. I think this needs to desperately happen. We need a consistent shooter. Move Ariza to the bench, get another big, and we're set to go.

We have to wait for the All Nba teams. If he's there there's zero chance he will leave in FA.

Gordon Hayward would not put Houston as a true title contender.

But someone like Paul George could..

I agree, PG is the 2nd star that we need, but if Hayward is willing to come here then there's no way we could turn him down.

I like our core formation, depite the outcome, this playoff is a good learning curve, we can definitely upgrade some of our roster spots in the summer, I'm bullish on our future!

While we are at it lets get Gianis, Curry, and every other star that is locked in hard with their team that won't be leaving.

I understand what you're trying to say...but its not the same...not even close and you're simply being intellectually dishonest if you believe it is the same thing.

Hayward is a FA, Giannis is not, Curry is...but his situation is obviously unique, as will Durant's. Come on, enough with the stupid generalizations and think about things for a second.

HAYWARD IS A FREE AGENT. A FREE AGENT. This is a very key difference.

Paul George isn't a FA though. It gets tricky.

I was i initially on board with this but after watching him closely during the playoffs I don't think he puts us over the top. He comes off very soft to me. Doesn't have enough dog in him.

It won't work. Harden will make him a stand still shooter.

He will for sure make team better but he won't put us on top so why bother to spend that kind of money.

Morey and Les are investing in Esports, and Gordon played Starcraft for money during the lockout. Clearly gives us the advantage over Utah and Boston, tbh.

Want to make a huge bet on the fact he doesn't come to Houston?

Seems to me we need a vertical player given our rebounding problems and inability to get a shot at times.
