    I think I done figured it out.
    The League has been harping on the Rockets' layups, free throws and 3's mentality
    The biggest problem with this is that I now see it is very REF DEPENDENT
    If they refs swallow their whistle in the paint .. . . the Rockets are overly dependent on 1/3 of their offense
    Allowing the Defenders to HACK PUSH AND PAW at you in the lane throws off your close up shots and you don't get the Free Throws.

    To me. . this seems like the league is LEGITIMATELY trying to force the Rockets into a Mid Range Game

    People talk about when the threes not dropping. . . drive more. . . but if you hacked on drives with no call
    you miss . . . .. NOW WHAT????
    The League has sent in the Memo . . . .. . . Force the Rockets into a MidRange Game
    Teams have been trying it all year. . . but now with Ref help . . .. . it can be done

    he's like tim duncan. he's quiet and anassuming so the refs have to to make calls for him because he's just "so likeable." it's like it's a penalty to have a personality and help sell the league. apparently we need more kawhi's to suck off so lets just let him do anything he wants even though he hasn't earned it.
