ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Spurs 5/3/2017 (Playoffs Round 2, Game 2)

That lineup has no scoring. When Harden sits, Lou should be in the game. We aren't rebounding good enough with Ryan in the game right now.

 

Nobody is boxing out, nobody is fighting for loose balls, Spurs are getting to every spot on the floor first, and we are just settling for 3's or contested floaters. Absolute **** way to back up a blow out. They have 5 minutes to get back into this game, and show some heart.

 

How is going to step-up?
Anderson Bev Harden ego or someone else?

 

I dint think the Spurs will give up this lead in the 4th. They need this game

 

Mike needs to play an athlete at the 4 otherwise Simmons / green is going to destroy us just like grant did last series

 

Wow, we are blowing a great opportunity to dominate this series. The talk was about more work to do but I've not seen that tonight. Igo back to turning it on and off when you want...just can't do it. For all the talk, it appears we are happy with 1-1. Not over yet though...need a serious run in the next 3-4 mins.

 

Isn't it pretty much the same thing as what Harden is getting?

 

Agreed, it's more about effort now, down 5, 4th quarter...can't come bakc in the game and let Manu and Pau to run and fly all around like that...

Leonard finally sits and we allow a 11-0 run.

Just remember this later because Manu, Gasol, and Parker just won the game while Gordon and Lou pissed it away.

This loss isn't on Harden it was in the first 1.5 minutes of the 4th while he sat!!!!

 

Some real weird continuations in this game in favor of the Spurs.

Dude... come on. The bench was killer in the first round and pretty damn good in game 1. I believe he had an MVP worthy year, but don't pretend the Rockets don't have weapons
