Invigorating start to this series. The shots are falling.

I can't believe this is the same Aldridge that destroyed us a few years ago. He's only 31 but looks like half the player he was before. I hope he doesn't manage to turn back the clock. I know they'll make adjustments, but this was a damn good win.

It also helped to have T-Jones guarding you instead of a taller and much, much smarter Ryan Anderson.

Seriously, games like this are one hell of a recruiting pitch. Does Paul George really want to play for the Lakers and suck for the next half decade? Or does he want to join a team where everybody can carry their weight?

I don't understand people keep counting the Lakers out. They have a pretty promising young core in Randle, Clarkson, Ingram, and Russell. Add on PG13 and the top 3 pick they will most likely get and keep and you can quickly build a damn good team provided they have proper coaching. PG13 is also only 26 so he can grow with that core.

Watching this game made me actually respect OKC more. We looked more comfortable tonight than we did in that whole OKC series.

Now of course this series is FAR from over and the Spurs will adjust, but it's kind of a relief we don't have to play against that long athletic OKC team.

It's slightly more likely that they lose their pick this year. But even if they keep it, the talent level on that team is probably less than the one he's currently on. If he's frustrated about not winning in Indy, going to the Lakers is probably the worst choice possible. Their players are too young, with none flashing that superstar potential they need. How are they a better choice than Boston or us?

    1. It will be his team.
    2. It is still LA.
    3. If they keep their pick, the can trade for a star.

It looked like the rockets still would have won this game if the shots weren't falling. SA had zero interior defense, rockets could have drove it all night. Capella looked like a man. Gasol, Aldridge, ginobody all looked done. And I love seeing David Lee and his horrible D out there

so Kevin Pelton and Jorge Sedano picked Spurs in 5 on their ESPN Lockdown podcast earlier and here's the only thing they had to tweet during/after the game..no credits or props to the Rockets..

They have to stick to what they said due to credibilty issues until proven wrong.

It would be much sweeter if they are. Sit back and enjoy.

At one point the Spurs would want to strike back.

I felt we could steal a game in San
Antonio. I thought we would lose 4-2,
now I'm cautiously optimistic that we
    can pull it off.

    GO HOUSTON ROCKETS!

THe key to Houston's games is always gonna be 3 pt percentage, the Rox shot 40% from the 3 tonight no wonder they destroyed the Spurs.

I would be lying if I said I expected a blow out win tonight. It was great watching the team beat down the Spurs, I guess Ariza was now well rested while the Spurs are dead tired from battling with the Grizzlies for 6 games. Sweet, now they just need to keep this up. Man I'm pumped LOL!
