    A younger Chris Paul with a chip on his shoulder, the NO Hornets one that was tough. King of Steals.

    The dude is just getting old. Time flies.

    You don't think Paul was at one time a better player than Harden? How long has Harden been carrying a team? 3years? Maybe 4? How long has Paul been doing that? A decade?

    Look, I hate Chris Paul and the Clippers with a passion. But some of you guys are ridiculous in dissing his skills. If he wasn't such a dirty and whiny guy, I might even have been a fan. Skill-wise and bbiq-wise, he's one of the most complete players in the league. What he lacks is toughness, both physically and mentally. He could have been a great leader on the floor if he didn't have such a crappy personality. He could have rallied his teammates in tough situations. Instead, he just whines, at the refs and at the teammates, and cheats to get an edge.

    Lmao, CP3 was never better than James Harden. I needed some lol today. Even back when Harden was playing middle school basketball, and Chris Paul was leading the hornets to the playoffs every season with his Jason posey, Tyson chandler, and David west as his 3 best players.

    Middle school harden > MVP candidate Chris Paul.

    That was 3 years ago and even then I would take the current Harden over a prime Paul. The epic three to one up meltdown will haunt him unless by some miracle hew wins a title somewhere. If I was him I would go to San Antonio and team up with KL and LMA.

    Chris Paul is the greatest PG since Magic, when moderately healthy. He's amazing.

    High IQ, 2-way player. Really, he's the prototypical point guard.

    No it won't lol. He was hurt that series and not close to 100%. How quickly ppl forget smh

    I just think certain players are disliked by fans (CP3, Tmac, Melo etc..) making them the center of everything wrong when their teams lose. CP3's numbers were fantastic the whole Utah series, yet it's a "choke job"? Stupidity at it's best

    Yea, this is just an opportunity to pounce on a guy people don't like.

    Chris Paul is pretty close to a perfect basketball player. No real weaknesses and elite in multiple areas.

    To say he is "not very good" is idiotic.

    Harden can be considered the better overall player but young Chris Paul could do things that Harden cannot or would not do.

    And the difference is not that far apart.

    If Chris Paul were to have Harden's scoring abilities then he would be the perfect player.

    If Harden had Chris Paul's defensive abilities, then he would be close to being the perfect player of Alltime.

    Almost because neither player were really athletic but young Chris Paul was pretty athletic.

    Can't stand the guy. Flops constantly and complains to the refs about every play. Especially when things aren't going his way. Just a big ass cry baby.

    That would be true if i would've said that about all the season, but i was talking about these last games, Harden in the playoffs had Howard which was way better than what DeAndre is and will ever be, Smith and Brewer played their best basketball ever in those playoffs, Ariza was great too so...this Clippers roster as today and without Griffin is bad.

    Felton = fat
    Rivers = lul
    Crawford = playoff choker
    Speights = fat
    Pierce = done
    Mbah a Moute = 10th man in other 29 teams
    DeAndre = a bigger Capela
    Reddick = good player which played like **** this series

    I mean, that's trash.

    CP3 choked? Stop...

    Utah is a very good team and finished with the same record that the Clippers did. Sh*t, 90% of y'all wanted nothing to do with potentially facing them in the 1st round because y'all did not think that the Rockets had a good chance of beating them.

    CP3 had a great series and single handedly won them games 3 and 6 in Utah. He had a bad game 7, but that doesn't take away from just how good he was in the playoffs overall. With Blake injured, the Clippers were the underdogs. They also have no wing players. They couldn't stop Hayward or Joe Johnson. Deandre is such a liability at the free throw line. Their bench is weak. The Clippers have a lot of issues and many holes on their roster that are masked by CP3.

    Their roster without Blake is just as bad as OKC's IMO.

    Felton sucks. Rivers is decent at best, and he didn't even play until game 5. Crawford is a chucker who can't play D that shoots 38% from the field and 30% from 3 in the playoffs for his career. Speights can't defend or rebound, so he's another liability in the playoffs. Pierce just retired lol. Mbah can't score at all so teams can treat him like Roberson, yet he still had to play 32 mpg for them in the playoffs as their starting SF/PF because they had no other option. Deandre is a liability at the line. U don't even want to give him the ball in the 4th quarter because teams will just foul him and he won't be able to make the free throws. Reddick is limited offensively. He can't create his own shot. Guys like that aren't hard to neutralize in the playoffs (see Ryan Anderson).

    Utah won 51 games in the regular season, and that was with multiple starters missing so much time due to injuries. Most of the people on here wanted nothing to do with them in the playoffs but are getting on CP3 for not being able to beat them without Blake?

    anyone who is legitimately trying to question how good cp3 is at the end of the day regardless of what people don't like about him should not be taken seriously

    No need to defend him. He brought this upon himself, by crying about everything relentlessly and flopping around the court like a beached fish gasping for water.

    I expected the Jazz to beat the Clippers in this series from the very start. (Although I expected them to do it in 6, not 7.) I was never impressed with the Clippers during the season. Sure they looked very talented on paper, but something about that team's vibe just seemed...off.

    CP3 is part of the problem, but overall it's just a poorly constructed team that needs a major shakeup. They need to take a very hard look at their coach and GM.
