Not surprised if they go with someone familiar for Watson by taking Jordan Leggett. Our tight ends are quite terrible.

I was hoping they would grab Butt in the 3rd.

Best tackle or defensive back available, though rivers could fit nicely in romeo's defense.

Trading back to try and recoup some picks for next year.

No way. The Texans need protection for the QB. An OL is must a have since they gave up a lot on a QB. A defensive tackle and a safety are the other positions they also need.

If you really love Robinson, then you should definitely look at trading up for him. But that would require trading up into the first 5 picks or so of the 2nd round so you'd have to give up multiple picks to do so. If they decide to stay put or maybe trade up into the middle of the 2nd round, then I could see them going after Melinfowu or Budda (both of those guys would be solid picks IMO). My sleeper is Tyus Bowser from UH. Athletic LB who can cover the RB out of the backfield and flies around all over the field.

Don't sleep on Zachary Cunningham. Texans need to deal with Fournette and Murray twice a year each.

    Nope

It's not a lack of balls that would prevent them from drafting him. Though, I'm likely in the minority of people that actually likes that the Texans take character off the field into account.

Satisfy either O-line, safety and/or running back and I'm cool. I would love D'onta Foreman to be a Texan by the end of the night, I wanna buy a Foreman Texans jersey so bad

Since the Texans and Browns had a deal in place to trade up; hopefully they have a deal in place to trade down. With so many highly ranked players on the board, they can afford to go down a few spots and get another third round pick next year.

Would be cool if they took Tankersley, all Clemson for the first two days.

But it will most likely be a safety one out of Marcus Williams - Utah or Obi Melifonwu - UConn.

This was exactly my initial thought... seems like he'd be a plug-and-play option, and combining him with Martin makes this a better OL instantly.

Green Bay holds the 33rd pick, right? And Seattle is 34? Likely Seattle has their eye on OL and I would bet Green Bay wants Cook, who likely isn't falling to 57. I'm afraid it would take a bounty to move up, unfortunately.

The Texans have enough holes across the board, it's probably best to go with BPA the rest of the draft. The obvious areas of need are RT and the secondary, though, so if I were a betting man, I'd guess that's where their next pick comes from. This isn't a deep draft for OL, and it certainly appears to be one for defensive backs, so you could make the case that it would be smarter to wait on DBs until the 3rd. Then again, if they have a safety or corner in mind they're in love with, that's probably the safe choice rather than reaching for an OL.

I still think there's a strong chance the Texans will use that cap space from Osweiler's contract to address some of these holes as well, particularly on the offensive line.

BPA OL, and PRAY he pans out because you aren't fixing it in the next draft. :(

He also has ZERO cartilage in one of his shoulders. Is that not cause for concern?

OBI would be my choice. Kid can ball hard on D.
