    In our next home game, we (Toyota Center) should give this man a standing ovation! He was brilliant! We would not be up 3-1 without his monumental contributions! I mean this with the most respect to our Hall of Famer Yao Ming, but we should use the Yao Ming song to show some much deserved loved for our 34yr old center!

    I like his action talks louder than word. Russy knocked him over like a boxer, he didn't say anything. He went back to offense and ended the series.

    What a great performance by Nene!!! No doubt, he was the difference. OKC now has to win three straight games, AND the Rockets haven't really played well yet. Good luck with that.

    Nene has put the fear of GOD in the hearts of the OKC Thunder. He needs to start instead of Capela. Clint should spend the entire off season with him and the Dream on the court.

    Really a new NenE thread. But at just 2.9 mill its a highway robbery a travesty a steal when hes performing at 35 mill worth in this series alone. What he only missed two shots?

    The Spurs and Warriors are getting vets on the cheap. Guys want a chance at the chip. It's good we are in that position.

    I agree! I don't think the Rockets have brought out their "A" game yet. I think that we'll get to see it in our next home game. The Rockets don't want to give OKC any false hope of pulling out a minor miracle.

    I wanted Nene on this team since the first time I ever saw him play. He is the perfect modern NBA center for offense. Keep it up.

    He was definitely the player of the game.

    And to someone's question, NBA salaries don't tie to actual skill sets. They tie to supply and demand. Anderson is one of the best long-distance brick layers at the PF position, so he gets paid for being a rare specimen. Nene's D & Dunk skill set is more common and thus underappreciated. Perhaps if he started chucking long threes off the back iron he could get an extra $10M as a "3 point shooter". :cool:

    Something bothered me during these games. The announcers on TNT and ESPN constantly referred to him as "Nay-Nay," giving equal weight to each syllable.

    Isn't his name pronounced with an emphasis on the 2nd syllable? Like "Nuh-Nay?"

    I don't have ROOT (PSVUE) so I can't compare them against our crew...
